Dibujar y pintar siempre fueron mi pasión desde la infancia.
Aunque he sido autodidacta casi siempre, empecé a aprender técnicas en las clases privadas en el Círculo de la Amistad y en la Escuela de Arte "Mateo Inurria" (Córdoba). Después estudié Cerámica artística en la Escuela de Arte "Dionisio Ortiz" (Córdoba) con la maestra y artista japonesa Hisae Yanase. Tras lo cual abrí mi propio taller y estudio en la ciudad, organizando talleres y exposiciones por Andalucía, realizando encargos para particulares y clientes de instituciones públicas y privadas. Más tarde, me licencié en Bellas Artes por la Universidad de Granada, con Matrícula de honor en el Proyecto final. Mis especialidades son: restauración, azulejos y cerámica, madera policromada, pinturas murales, entre otros.
Aunque también he trabajado como diseñadora gráfica, ilustradora y creativa en general, junto con colaboraciones en imaginería andaluza.
Fui miembro de la Banbury Art Society hasta su final y he celebrado más de 60 exposiciones en ambos países.
En la actualidad vivo y trabajo en Reino Unido. Me gusta continuar aprendiendo nuevas técnicas y adaptarme a la Era Digital, encontrando nuevas formas de expresión.
Drawing and painting were my passion since my childhood
Although I was an autodidact person most of the time, I started learning techniques in the private classes of "El Círculo de la Amistad" and in the School of Art "Mateo Inurria" (Cordoba, Spain). Then, I studied Ceramic Art at the School of Art "Dionisio Ortiz" (Spain), 1999-2001, with the Japanese master and artist Hisae Yanase.
Afterwards, I opened my own studio in this city, organising workshops and exhibitions throughout Andalusia, making special orders for clients and public and private institutions. Later, I achieved my Bachelor Degree with honors in Fine Arts by Universidad de Granada, Spain.
My specialties are: art restoration, tiles and ceramics, polychromed wood, mural paintings, among others. Although I have also worked as a graphic designer, illustrator and creative in general, along with collaborations in imagery sector in Andalusia.
I joined the Banbury Art Society as a member until its end and celebrated over 60 exhibitions in both countries.
Currently, I live and work in the UK. However I am always learning new techniques and adapting myself to the Digital Era, finding new paths of expression.
